Delete your Bambeh account

You can delete your account at any time. Use the form below if you no longer have the app installed.

Fastest way: delete it in the app

Open Bambeh, go to Settings, then Security, then Danger Zone, and tap Delete My Account. It takes effect immediately.

What gets removed

Your profile, name, photo and contact details
Every listing you posted
Your messages
Your saved items, notifications and activity history

What we must keep, and why

Records of completed payments are kept for the period Cameroonian accounting and tax law requires. They contain the transaction amount and date only. Reviews you wrote stay visible to the seller but your name is replaced with "Deleted user".

Request deletion

Enter the email or phone number on the account. We will confirm before anything is deleted, and complete the request within 30 days.
